As the Bend Riverfront Cottage is our personal vacation home, it is available only by invitation, referral, or with references.

To hold your reservation, we must receive one-half of the total cost by check within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance is due when you pick up the key.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 10 days or less before your arrival date, and we are unable to fill your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.

CLEANING FEE:
There will be a $30 cleaning fee.

ADDITIONAL COUPLE FEE:
The cottage, though quite cozy when full, can sleep up to six people: the bedroom (queen bed), loft (double bed futon), and pull-out sofa (futon). Rates are based on two people; there is an additional $25 charge per night for each additional couple; no additional charge for children.
